Fourtell was founded on a simple observation: enterprises pay too much, too early, for AI programs that never reach production. We changed the contract.
Why we exist
Most AI consulting still runs on the same billing model as legal work: hourly rates, six-figure retainers, and outcomes that live in a slide deck. We think that's backwards for software.
Software either runs in production and moves a number, or it doesn't. Fourtell was built around that binary. We invest our own capital to build your custom platform, and we get paid only when you're using it and it's producing yield.
Rent-performance is not a payment plan. It's an alignment mechanism. It changes what we bring to your operation, what we argue for internally, and what we walk away from.
