AI-integrated software for media, content and business intelligence
Media and intelligence teams handle large volumes of text, audio and video under time pressure. Fourtell builds software for content workflows, archive search, monitoring and reporting, where AI assists with classification, summarisation and translation while editors keep the final decision.
Typical media and intelligence challenges
Archives that are hard to search
Valuable content exists but cannot be found by topic, person or context.
02Manual monitoring and clipping
Analysts spend hours collecting and summarising sources before analysis starts.
03Reports assembled by hand
Recurring client or management reports are rebuilt each period.
What software can support
- Semantic search across archives with source links
- Assisted classification, summaries and translation
- Editorial review steps before publication
- Scheduled reports with traceable evidence
How we work
1 · Diagnostic
Map the current process, data sources, owners and constraints around content and reporting workflows, and agree a measurable baseline before anything is built.
2 · Scope and architecture
Define the functional scope, integrations, roles, security requirements and acceptance criteria in a written proposal.
3 · Build and pilot
Deliver in short iterations with a pilot group, human review where decisions matter, and written acceptance against the agreed essentials.
4 · Operate and evolve
Run, monitor, maintain and evolve the platform under the agreed service conditions, and compare measured results with the baseline.
Frequently asked questions
Will AI write our content?
AI can draft, summarise and translate, but we design workflows where editors review and approve. Sources are kept linked so claims can be checked.
How is a project priced?
Fourtell usually works under a monthly managed-platform fee with a minimum term; acquisition models can also be proposed. Fees, terms, ownership and any IP transfer are defined case by case in the contract — nothing is assumed in advance.
Every engagement starts with a diagnostic conversation. Scope, fees and contract terms are agreed in writing per project.
