AI copilots that answer from your company's own knowledge

A general chatbot does not know your products, procedures or customers — and should not invent them. Fourtell builds domain copilots that retrieve answers from approved documents and connected systems, cite their sources, respect user permissions and hand over to a person when confidence is low.

What a good copilot should provide

  • Answers grounded in approved sources, with citations
  • Role-based access so users only see what they are allowed to
  • Audit trail and feedback loop to improve content
  • Clear escalation to a human when the copilot is unsure

How we work

  1. 1 · Diagnostic

Map the current process, data sources, owners and constraints around the knowledge base and its users, and agree a measurable baseline before anything is built.

  2. 2 · Scope and architecture

Define the functional scope, integrations, roles, security requirements and acceptance criteria in a written proposal.

  3. 3 · Build and pilot

Deliver in short iterations with a pilot group, human review where decisions matter, and written acceptance against the agreed essentials.

  4. 4 · Operate and evolve

Run, monitor, maintain and evolve the platform under the agreed service conditions, and compare measured results with the baseline.

Frequently asked questions

Can the copilot make things up?

Language models can produce incorrect text. We reduce that risk with retrieval from approved sources, citations, refusal rules and human review, and we test against agreed question sets before go-live — but we do not claim zero errors.

Is our data used to train public models?

Processing terms, model providers and hosting region are agreed in the proposal and data-processing agreement. We minimise personal data sent to models.

How is a project priced?

Fourtell usually works under a monthly managed-platform fee with a minimum term; acquisition models can also be proposed. Fees, terms, ownership and any IP transfer are defined case by case in the contract — nothing is assumed in advance.

Every engagement starts with a diagnostic conversation. Scope, fees and contract terms are agreed in writing per project.
