Connect ERP, CRM and operational data into workflows people can rely on

AI and automation are only as good as the data behind them. Fourtell builds the integration layer between core systems such as ERP and CRM platforms and the applications, reports and AI features your teams use — with agreed formats, identifiers, schedules, retries and monitoring.

What a good integration should deliver

  • Documented interfaces, identifiers and source-of-truth rules
  • Scheduled or event-based synchronisation with retries and alerts
  • Portable exports and APIs for future systems
  • A clear split of responsibilities with your ERP/CRM partner

How we work

  1. 1 · Diagnostic

Map the current process, data sources, owners and constraints around the systems to integrate, and agree a measurable baseline before anything is built.

  2. 2 · Scope and architecture

Define the functional scope, integrations, roles, security requirements and acceptance criteria in a written proposal.

  3. 3 · Build and pilot

Deliver in short iterations with a pilot group, human review where decisions matter, and written acceptance against the agreed essentials.

  4. 4 · Operate and evolve

Run, monitor, maintain and evolve the platform under the agreed service conditions, and compare measured results with the baseline.

Frequently asked questions

Do you replace our ERP or CRM?

No. We integrate with existing systems. Where your ERP/CRM partner must expose data, we agree the format and responsibilities with them.

Which systems can you connect?

Any system with a documented API, database access or reliable file exchange can be assessed. We confirm feasibility during the diagnostic rather than claiming ready-made connectors.

How is a project priced?

Fourtell usually works under a monthly managed-platform fee with a minimum term; acquisition models can also be proposed. Fees, terms, ownership and any IP transfer are defined case by case in the contract — nothing is assumed in advance.

Every engagement starts with a diagnostic conversation. Scope, fees and contract terms are agreed in writing per project.
