AI-integrated software for retail and multi-store operations
Retail teams work with thin margins, many locations and fast-moving data. Fourtell builds software that connects point-of-sale, stock, ERP and feedback data to the people who must act on it — store managers, buyers and operations leads.
Typical retail challenges
Late visibility on store performance
Sales, stock and incidents are consolidated manually and reach managers after the moment to act.
02Replenishment based on habit
Orders rely on experience rather than combined sales, stock and seasonality signals.
03Unstructured customer feedback
Reviews and comments are read occasionally but not analysed systematically.
What software can support
- Daily operational views per store and region
- Stock and replenishment suggestions with human approval
- Feedback classification and trend reporting by location
- Fewer manual reports for operations and management
How we work
1 · Diagnostic
Map the current process, data sources, owners and constraints around store and commercial operations, and agree a measurable baseline before anything is built.
2 · Scope and architecture
Define the functional scope, integrations, roles, security requirements and acceptance criteria in a written proposal.
3 · Build and pilot
Deliver in short iterations with a pilot group, human review where decisions matter, and written acceptance against the agreed essentials.
4 · Operate and evolve
Run, monitor, maintain and evolve the platform under the agreed service conditions, and compare measured results with the baseline.
Frequently asked questions
Do you provide a POS or e-commerce platform?
No. We integrate with the systems you already use and build the operational and AI layer around them.
How is a project priced?
Fourtell usually works under a monthly managed-platform fee with a minimum term; acquisition models can also be proposed. Fees, terms, ownership and any IP transfer are defined case by case in the contract — nothing is assumed in advance.
Every engagement starts with a diagnostic conversation. Scope, fees and contract terms are agreed in writing per project.
