AI-integrated software for tourism, travel and destination management
Destination management companies and travel operators coordinate many suppliers, languages and short deadlines. Fourtell builds software for the operational side — supplier and service quality, client and participant feedback, proposal preparation and multilingual information — connected to the systems that hold projects and suppliers.
Typical tourism and DMC challenges
Supplier quality without consistent data
Feedback on transport, guides, hotels and restaurants is scattered and hard to compare.
02Time-consuming proposals and itineraries
Teams rebuild similar documents and answers for each request.
03Many languages, little time
Client and participant communication must work across several languages.
What software can support
- Structured feedback linked to projects and suppliers
- Supplier quality trends with sample-size caveats
- Assisted preparation of proposals and operational content
- Multilingual mobile experiences for clients and participants
How we work
1 · Diagnostic
Map the current process, data sources, owners and constraints around projects, suppliers and client communication, and agree a measurable baseline before anything is built.
2 · Scope and architecture
Define the functional scope, integrations, roles, security requirements and acceptance criteria in a written proposal.
3 · Build and pilot
Deliver in short iterations with a pilot group, human review where decisions matter, and written acceptance against the agreed essentials.
4 · Operate and evolve
Run, monitor, maintain and evolve the platform under the agreed service conditions, and compare measured results with the baseline.
Frequently asked questions
Is participant feedback anonymous?
It can be designed to collect no names or contact details, with data minimised. We do not promise absolute anonymity, because free text and technical logs can still contain identifying information.
How is a project priced?
Fourtell usually works under a monthly managed-platform fee with a minimum term; acquisition models can also be proposed. Fees, terms, ownership and any IP transfer are defined case by case in the contract — nothing is assumed in advance.
