NestWatch was managing 2,400 short-term rental units across 6 cities and losing revenue to inconsistent turnovers, missed damage, misplaced inventory and guest-vs-cleaner disputes that were impossible to adjudicate after the fact.
Our approach
Fourtell built a bespoke vision pipeline that compares each turnover's photos and 60-second walkthrough video against a per-unit reference model, scoring cleanliness, detecting furniture displacement and flagging missing high-value items in under 90 seconds. Deployed as a rented SaaS priced per inspected turnover.
